I have been a Bywater homeowner for over 10 years. Three times his office has screwed up my homestead exemption with the result being that I had to spend several hours in City Hall at his incredibly dysfunctional office with surly staff. I was also out of pocket for 9 months several thousand dollars while the State refunded my overpayment. I consider his administration a failure and will never vote for him for any office.
