Does the Alliance realize that Capitano filed bankruptcy years ago and hasn't paid his house note since August? His house is now in the process of being foreclosed and you can check this out since it's public record. Do we want him in charge of millions of dollars in the budget of Kenner when he can't manage his own budget??
