Council President Gains Nice Momentum
in Re-election Bid

Councilman Arnie Fielkow had a great night Tuesday,
Jan. 5, bringing in major endorsements from the Alliance for
Good Government, the Regular Democratic Organization
and the Teamsters, Local 270.These endorsements join
earlier backing from the Forum for Equality, SEIU, and the AFL-CIO.

"I'm extremely pleased," said the Council's President. "I'm committed
to continuing to work hard for the people of New Orleans and I seek
everyone's endorsement on Election Day, Feb. 6."
