On Thursday, February 4, the Broadmoor Improvement Association
received a proclamation from Councilmember Stacy Head for
Broadmoor's efforts in obtaining grant funding for the restoration of the
Rosa F. Keller Library. The Broadmoor Improvement Association
presented the city of New Orleans with a 1.3. million dollar check to
begin construction of the library. Featured in photo from left to right-
